All Clear
Montana

A black-tailed prairie dog gives the "all clear" signal to the rest of the dog town. Two little dogs check out their surroundings. The little dogs are especially vulnerable to predators such as hawks, eagles, badgers and coyotes. Adults prairie dogs keep watch over the community, using warning calls to alert the rest of the families living in the community that danger is near. All of the prairie dogs then head down to the safety of their burrows, only coming out once the all clear signal is given.
